Skyhawk: New Build, a mile to Lincoln Peak

Finished in 2026 and never rented before, this modern cedar-and-black-steel cabin stands alone at the end of a gravel drive, a mile from the Lincoln Peak base. Inside, the ceiling rises twenty feet to the peak of a single shed roof. The surrounding woods are pushed back far enough to allow the ample windows to let in the light and frame the sky.

Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak is 1.2 miles by road. Warren village — the Warren Store, the Pitcher Inn — is 5 minutes down the hill. In summer the Valley's swimming holes, trail networks and the Mad River are all a short drive.

Enter under the deck into a mudroom with a bench, cubbies and hooks — boots and liners dry quickly on the heated tile floor. The ground floor holds the bedroom (queen bed, with room-darkening blinds, a dresser and a full closet), a full bath with a tub-shower, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The stairs rise to an open space laid out under that tall ceiling. The kitchen and dining area are tucked back under the loft above. The kitchen is all new — induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, with all new plates, glasses and flatware. There are two stools at the counter and a table for four. The sectional sofa in front of the smart TV pulls out to a full bed, and the coffee table lifts to laptop height when you have to take a call. There is a half bath at the top of the stairs by the deck door.

The loft above is open to the great room and features a love seat with a neat pull-out ottoman facing a second smart TV. Ductless heat pump for cooling and heat, plus radiant floor in the entry. Wifi tested at 130 Mbps. Sleeps four: two in the queen, two on the sofa bed.

West Hill is the Sugarbush side of Warren. The Lincoln Peak base village, with the Sugarbush lifts and the Castlerock Pub, is 1.2 miles — 3 minutes. Sugarbush Golf Club / the Robert Trent Jones course is on Golf Course Road, a mile away. Warren village — the Warren Store's deli and the Pitcher Inn — is 5 minutes down West Hill Road. Mad River Glen is 10 minutes north on Route 17. Warren Falls, the swimming hole on the Mad River, is 10 minutes.
