Upper Pines

Upper Pines Lodge is a warm and welcoming mountain retreat, thoughtfully designed to offer both elegance and comfort. Nestled among towering pines on nearly eight private acres, the home’s expansive windows and wraparound deck frame sweeping views of the Green Mountains — perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night.

Inside, the open-concept great room is the heart of the home, with soaring ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, and cozy seating that invites you to linger. The chef’s kitchen features a Wolf range, artisan-crafted cabinetry, and Vermont marble counters — equally suited to a simple breakfast or a special dinner.

With room for up to 8 guests, the lodge offers a variety of inviting sleeping spaces. The primary suite includes a king bed, private spa-style bath, and a steam room for post-adventure relaxation. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, provide quiet comfort. A charming bunk room with two sets of twin bunks is ideal for kids or the young-at-heart.

Bathrooms are finished with rich stonework, hand-blown glass sinks, and high-end fixtures, creating a spa-like experience. Heated floors throughout the home keep things toasty in winter, while the wraparound deck, outdoor firepit, and surrounding trails make summer equally memorable.

Whether you spend your days skiing at nearby Sugarbush, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying the peace of the property, Upper Pines Lodge offers a serene and luxurious base to return to — a true escape into Vermont’s beauty.
